From Rte. 3

Take ROUTE 3 SOUTH towards the Sagamore Bridge. Note: There is no longer a rotary before the bridge. So, you need to take exit #1A/BUZZARDS BAY/FALMOUTH toward SCUSSET BEACH RD. At the end of the ramp, take a LEFT, continue straight passing Dunkin Donuts on the Right, We are located in the 1st plaza on the left past Dunkin Donuts (Town Paint Plaza).

From Rte. 495

Take ROUTE 495 SOUTH (which turns into ROUTE 25 EAST) towards Bourne Bridge. Take EXIT 2 (which is just before the BOURNE BRIDGE). At BOURNE ROTARY, take fourth exit onto US-6 E towards the Sagamore Bridge. Continue on Rte. 6E until just before the SAGAMORE BRIDGE. Do not go over bridge; continue straight on Scenic Highway to Meetinghouse Lane, passing Dunkin Donuts on the Right. We are located in the 1st plaza on the left past Dunkin Donuts (Town Paint Plaza).

Alternate route during bad traffic on Rte. 3 South “CAPE TRAFFIC SHORTCUT”

Take ROUTE 3 SOUTH to EXIT 2 (Scusset Beach/Cedarville). Take right at end of ramp follow under overpasses to end. At intersection, take a RIGHT and follow Rte. 3A South all the way to the end (approx. 2.5 - 3 miles). At the end of Rt. 3A South, Dunkin' Donuts will be in front of you, so take a LEFT. The 1st plaza on LEFT is our location (Town Point Plaza).
